Return Eligibility
- Listed & Catalog Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacture defect or issue.
- In certain cases, if the product does not meet your expectations, return requests may be considered at our discretion.
- Before initiating a return, you must contact us at contact@cherivajewels.com to discuss the reason. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Process
Prior Approval is Mandatory.

- Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Orders placed during promotional events or special offers (e.g., Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Additional Discounts, etc.).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items that are not part of our listed or regular catalog.
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery.
- (Note: We may offer repair or exchange services after this period, but they are chargeable. Please contact us in advance to arrange it.)
- Items shipped directly to our registered address without prior approval.
As per our company policy, any return sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted or processed. Cheriva Jewels is not responsible for any item returned without approval. Always contact our team first before sending any return shipment.
Return Inspection & Conditions
- Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a strict Quality Check (QC) by our expert team.
- If the item shows signs of third-party modification, wear, rough use, or damage, appropriate deductions will be made from the refund amount based on the item's condition.
- We will update you with the QC results and inform you of any applicable deductions before proceeding with the refund.
